today wake up dam late~ then after wake up use com awhile eat le lunch jiu go training le^^ train train train lor haha.. then after that mrlim come le he suggest mi upgrade my poundage! sibeh happy lor so i am think of whether should up to 36.. or 38pound =/ 36 i can take it but 38 abit cake leh~ hmm mayb after the next competition bah then i change pound^^ train till 5 plus jiu go queenway pei jianhui buy something lor then after that buy some grips then walk walk around jiu went home le lor^^ nth much to post bah today..hao
